Description
Titanio is a series of recycled glass mosaics with a metallic appearance, manufactured by the Spanish Company, Onix Mosaico.
Colors + Sizes
There are four solid colors and two color mixes in the standard line. Custom mixes can be created. The standard and (nominal) size is 1"x1" (0.98"x0.98"). Each piece is dot mounted on a 12"x18" (12.20"x18.11") sheet with a 1/16" grout line. Tile thickness is 1/8" (0.19").
Applications
Titanio is easy to maintain and stain resistant. It is suitable for interior walls, plus residential and low traffic commercial floors (PEI - 3; Mohs - 4).
Recycled Content
Titanio consists of 98% post industrial recycled glass. The recycled content has been verified and certified by Scientific Certification Systems.
Installation + Maintenance
Tiles can be installed using standard installation methods for thinset adhesives. Use high quality adhesive and grout from such manufacturers as Laticrete and Mapei, following manufacturers' recommendations, depending on conditions. Cut tiles with clean, new blade utilizing water during the cutting process. Clean regularly with mild neutral detergent.
